We will respond to your request to sign up by sending you an email with our Dispatcher Carrier Agreement form and
we will request from you the following documents.

Step #3

When we receive all these documents, we will email you our ‘’Service Agreement” and Payment Form via  E-sign for you to fill up and affix your signature.

Step #4

After you signed the agreement and the payment form via Electronic Signature Form, just click to submit. Once we receive it, we are all set and ready to dispatch you.

No, once you authorized us to sign up on your behalf, we’ll take care of that for you.

No, we’ll be the one to contact your insurance agent to request the COI and submit it to your broker.

We will do it if you agreed and approved the rate. We will sign it on your behalf as stated on our dispatch-carrier agreement

When you are running for detention, you should notify us of your detention time and write down the in and out time in your BOL. Make sure that shipper or receiver acknowledge it by signing it and we’ll be the one to request for your detention from the broker. Once it gets approved, we’ll bill your detention.

You just take a clear picture using your phone of your BOL/POD with the receiver’s signatures on the documents together with all the accessorial papers, email it to us (choose the actual size) we’ll make your invoice and bill it to your broker for payment.

You will be CC Copied on every email and communications we have with your broker while you are on the load, until delivery is completed. We will call you and notify of any changes on your load.

You should notify us of the issue so we can communicate it to your broker and can make decision if you need to cancel and remove you from the load. If you are running into a problem while you are in a middle of picking up or delivering the load you can call us or your broker directly to resolve the issue.

We do your invoice and send the billing to your broker or factoring company.

Most brokers have quick pay programs or a third-party vendor (like Triumph Pay) who does their quick pay with a certain fee applied, each fee varies per broker. If you prefer to get enrolled for your brokers quick pay program, we can enroll you and send your bill for quick pay.

When you sign up for our agreement, you will provide us your factoring company information. We will send your invoice and BOL to your factoring company then they will process your payment and bill your broker.

Payment will be sent directly by your broker to your bank account either by ACH, check by mail to your address, by Comchek, T-Check etc. (depends on how you sign up with the brokers and their mode of payment).

No, there is NO CONTRACT, NO COMMITMENT and NO Hidden Fee. Once you sign up with us, you call us whenever you need our service.

When your delivery is completed, we  will bill and submit your invoice to your broker or your factoring company then we will charge you our service fee.
